ASIGNET ANNOUNCES ACQUISITION OF XIGO LLC, NTT’s COMMUNICATIONS LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENT BUSINESS, AND MULTI-YEAR, EXCLUSIVE PARTNERSHIP WITH NTT 

Parsipanny, NJ, March 7th, 2023 – Asignet, a market-leading hyperautomation IT expense management provider, announced today the acquisition of Xigo LLC, NTT’s communications lifecycle management business, a wholly owned subsidiary of NTT.  

As a result of the acquisition, Asignet will add a team of highly skilled professionals and global customers.  Combining deep knowledge and industry leading client service expertise, global organizations can shift from a reactive approach to expense management to a proactive, persistent, and strategic approach to cost prevention and positive business outcomes. 

NTT will begin an exclusive strategic partnership focused on providing Communications Lifecycle Management services for its clients.
